At a meeting chaired by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Minister of Education updated on plans to reopen schools when they resume after the summer break.
During the meeting Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education, explained the plan to reopen all educational institutions including all public and private schools and universities.
The plan will asses the ongoing precautionary measures in place to contain the spread of coronavirus COVID-19, as well as the constant and ongoing changes related to the pandemic, and ensure the health and safety of all students and staff is priority.
