City Walk, Kite Beach, La Mer And More Resume Operations

Dubai-based holding company Meraas, has resumed operations across its destinations including Boxpark, Al Seef, Bluewaters, City Walk, Kite Beach, La Mer, The Beach, The Outlet Village and all Last Exit destinations excluding Al Qudra.

During the first phase of re-opening, all destinations will operate from 12pm to 10pm. Retail, food and beverage businesses will resume their operations at 30% of the capacity, in accordance with the new guidelines. 

All Meraas destinations will follow new rules for reopening which includes wearing face masks, gloves, ensuring social distancing, no entry for people above the age of 60 and children between the age of 3-12, and visitors can onl;y be at a destination for a maximum three hours. There will be no valet parking service as per the guidelines.

Apart of these rules, Meraas destinations have also implemented a 'Red Tag System'. A store or a venue displaying a 'Red Tag' at its entrance points, means that entry is not permitted for that place. 

This only applies to retail and food and beverage outlets, and the beaches and leisure facilities remain closed.
