A new luxury beachfront neighbourhood project named Marsa Meydan has been unveiled at Cityscape Global. The new development will be located on Jebel Ali’s beachfront will feature four hotels, schools, community centres, cinemas, restaurants, shops, residential apartments, affordable townhouses and, if you are looking for little more luxury, there will also be waterfront villas with a space to moor your fancy yacht.
It will also feature a climate controlled marina, which will become the centre point of the development. Using a shading device, the marina will be covered during summer, which will make outdoor dining possible and fun in the hot and humid months.
The development will also include a jogging track, a bike lane and a private beach.
