Dubai International has retained its status as the world's busiest airport for international passengers ahead of London Heathrow according to the new data released by the Airports Council International (ACI). Dubai International is also the world's third busiest airport overall behind Atlanta-Hartsfield-Jackson and Beijing. The passenger traffic in Dubai has increased in the first two months of this year with 9.3% to 14.99 million people due to rising traffic from Eastern Europe and Asia. The data rounds up the top five with Los Angeles and Seoul Incheon registering double digit growth in passenger traffic.
