UAE Weather: Hot, Hazy And Humid Conditions Expected For The Long Weekend

A typically hot June weekend is expected across the UAE, with temperatures remaining high in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across much of the country. According to forecasts from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), fair skies will dominate, although dusty winds, hazy conditions and rising humidity are likely during the nights and early mornings.

On Friday, 12 June Dubai and Abu Dhabi are expected to see daytime highs of around 42°C, with inland areas such as Al Ain potentially reaching 44°C to 47°C. Winds may freshen at times, causing blowing dust, particularly in western regions.

Conditions on Saturday, 13 June will remain largely sunny and hot, with temperatures around 42°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fujairah and parts of Ras Al Khaimah, could see some cloud cover, while humidity increases overnight with a chance of mist or fog in coastal areas.

Fair weather will continue nationwide on Sunday, 14 June. Dubai could reach 44°C, while Abu Dhabi may climb to 45°C. Hazy conditions are possible during the early morning, especially in coastal and internal areas.

The last day of the long weekend will see similar hot conditions, with temperatures remaining in the low to mid-40s across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Winds are expected to strengthen over the Arabian Gulf, while humidity remains elevated overnight.
