Dubai authorities have announced free public parking across the emirate during the Eid Al Adha holidays, giving motorists a welcome break during one of the busiest festive periods of the year.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) confirmed that public parking spaces will be free of charge throughout the holiday period, from Monday 25 May, to Friday, 29 May, although multi-storey parking terminals will continue to operate with regular fees.
The move is expected to support smoother travel during Eid celebrations as shopping centres, attractions and family destinations across Dubai experience higher visitor numbers.
Drivers are still being advised to check signage carefully, particularly in privately managed parking zones where standard rules may still apply.
