Emirates Advises Eid Travellers To Arrive Early At Dubai Airport

Emirates

As thousands of UAE residents prepare for Eid Al Adha getaways, Emirates Airline has issued a travel advisory asking passengers to arrive early at Dubai International Airport (DXB) to avoid delays.

The airline said passenger traffic is expected to rise sharply during the holiday period, leading to busy check-in areas, security checks and immigration counters. Travellers have been advised to arrive at least three hours before departure and proceed to boarding gates well ahead of flight time.

Emirates also encouraged passengers to use online check-in, self-service kiosks and bag-drop services to speed up the airport process. The airline warned that roads leading to the airport could experience heavy congestion during peak hours.

DXB traditionally sees one of its busiest travel periods during Eid holidays, with strong demand for regional and international destinations.
