Flow Talks Ramadan series returns this Wednesday with yet another interactive and interesting session with a local artist. This week, grab this chance to meet with Jalal Luqman, an Emirati author and artist, known both locally and internationally, who has achieved a lot since becoming the UAEs first digital artist in the 1990s. His approach to art has gone through many different phases, using different kinds of media. He recently published his first book, The Armagondas is an epic fantasy graphic novel inspired by true events. Seamlessly moving from one creative medium to another Jalal has worked in film, writing, traditional art, digital art and sculpture and will discuss his journey, inspiration and following dreams.
