When Is The Next Public Holiday In The UAE?

As the four-day Eid Al Fitr break has come to an end for many residents and citizens in the UAE, everyone is already anticipating the next public holidays in the country.

The next holiday will be given for Arafat Day and Eid Al Adha.

Based on the sighting of the moon, Arafat Day will be marked on 9 Dhu Al Hijjah, which is expected to fall on Tuesday, 27 June.

Eid Al Adha on 10 to 12 Dhu Al Hijjah follows Arafat Day, with the dates expected to fall on Wednesday, 28 June to Friday, 30 June, making it a six-day-long break for most people.

The next holiday after Eid Al Adha will be for Hijri New Year on 21 July, with Prophet Muhammad's birthday (PBUH) marked on 29 September.

The last public holidays of the year will be given for UAE National Day on 2 and 3 December.
