Fog and mist in the mornings are expected to continue throughout the week.
Announced by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), on 19 October, a red and yellow alert was issued.
In the red zone, visibility was reduced to 1,000 metres in some parts of the UAE.
The weather will remain humid, with cloudy weather also expected at times.
Drivers are advised to be cautious while driving and ensure that reduced speed limits are followed to avoid accidents.
