The weekly Mahzooz draw has awarded its 29th multimillionaire.
Saad, an expat from Pakistan working as a machine mechanic won the draw for Dhs 10 million and is the second Pakistani national to win the title.
As part of the Mahzooz ongoing offer, where on buying one water bottle for Dhs 35, the participant gets an additional entry, Saad was able to enter twice and one of the entries won him the big prize.
Currently the sole breadwinner for his family, Saad lives in a shared accommodation with other people and has not been able to bring his wife to the UAE.
Saad, on going for a drive with his cousin and friends, logged into his account to see he had become a multimillionaire and said, "I'm so happy. This unexpected gift came to me just when I needed it most, and I want to thank Mahzooz for making a difference in my life."
With a portion of the money won, Saad said he would donate to victims of the floods in Pakistan with the rest used to start a business with friends.
