Ten schools in the UAE have been listed as the top 100 private schools in the world.
Announced as part of Spear's Schools Index, the schools have been picked by Carfax Education, the global education consultancy and Spear's, a magazine for individuals with a high net worth.
The ten UAE schools listed include Brighton College Abu Dhabi, The British School Al Khubairat, Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, Dubai College, Jumeirah College, Jumeirah English Speaking School, Nord Anglia International School Dubai, NLCS Dubai, Repton School Dubai and Swiss Scientific International School.
The school selection are based on formal criteria including academic results, preparation for university entry, their unique ethos, their local and international reputation and how they prepare children for life apart from academics.
