The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced that three new cases of monkeypox have been detected in the UAE.
The spread of monkeypox was declared a global health emergency on Sunday by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
All precautionary measures are been taken by all the health authorities, including investigation, examination of contacts as well as monitoring of their health.
Individuals are advised to follow all safety measures, including wearing face masks while travelling and in large crowds.
