Al Futtaim Group has announced that Al Badia Terraces, a new residential development in Dubai Festival City's Al Badia district has been launched.
The development will comprise residential mid-rise towers, an indoor kid's play area, a swimming pool, a fitness facility and a public multipurpose room for entertainment and relaxation.
Featuring 132 one-bedroom units, 193 two-bedroom units and 26 three-bedroom units as well as four public roof gardens and lounges with a view of the Dubai skyline, the area will be a great place for expatriates to reside.
The project is expected to be completed in 24 months and will be located near Deira International School, Universal American School, Dubai Festival City Mall, Intercontinental DFC, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and Festival Tower.
The area will also be situated close to Dubai Festival City Mall and Festival Arena and will offer residents the ability to walk to their destinations.
