Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched a self-assessment tool for residents to track their DEWA consumption.
As part of the Smart Living initiative, the tool includes a survey on electricity and water consumption and after completing, will display ways to conserve water and electricity.
Through a private dashboard, customers can receive daily, monthly and annual consumption reports.
Additionally, the High-Water Usage Alert in the smart response initiative also helps customers detect leaks in water connections and with the service, 8 billion gallons of water were saved.
