Dubai Opera Celebrates Third Anniversary With A New Line-Up

The iconic Dubai Opera, celebrates its third anniversary this year and to mark the occasion has now announced eight new shows including: Omar Kamal, Broken Wings, Katherine Jenkins, Camille Thomas, Dial M for Murder, The Greatest Love of All, Bjorn Again and La Traviata. The shows will run across different dates from December this year through till April 2020.

Omar Kamal, a story of a genius who brings together stunning repertoires and emotional hits for one enchanting evening, will be played on 15 December.

Broken Wings, an autobiographical account of Kahlil Gibran’s first love, is a musical adaption of the iconic poet’s 1912 masterpiece. The show is scheduled for 17 and 18 January 2020.

Camille Thomas was nominated as Newcomer of the Year 2014 by the French-Grammys ‘ Les Victoires de la Musique’ and will be played on 6 February 2020.

Bjorn Again, the world’s most popular ABBA tribute show, will perform all the biggest and best ABBA hits in a highly-entertaining world-class show on 7 February 2020.

The upcoming season’s line-up will feature something for everyone, from opera, to modern dance drama, comedy, classical music concerts, musicals, theatre, world music, jazz, and much more.
