The Ministry of Economy and Tourism has urged consumers to stop using certain glass drinking cups sold under the Flying Tiger brand.
Authorities called on all consumers to immediately stop using the 220 millilitre glass drinking cups from the brand, after tests revealed elevated levels of lead and cadmium in the product, posing potential health risks.
The warning applies to cups sold during 2024 and 2025. The affected product numbers are 3057450, 3060031, 3052986, 3062993, 3055350, 3053912.
The move is part of its ongoing efforts to monitor markets and ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality.
