Dubai now has its own 'Central Park'! Wasl Group, one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers, has announced the opening of Central Park, at Wasl Gate, in Jebel Ali.
Central Park is meant to be the kind of place where everyday life naturally happens outdoors, whether that means staying active, slowing down for a break, or simply spending time with others. The park spans around 82,700 square metres, creating a large shared environment built around how residents connect with their neighbourhood and each other.
The launch also ties in with 2026 being marked as the Year of the Family, an initiative centred on togetherness, wellbeing and quality of life. Central Park also supports the goals of Dubai Social Agenda 33, which places emphasis on family cohesion, social wellbeing and inclusive environments that strengthen community bonds.

What Can Residents Expect?
The park has been designed to appeal to a wide range of age groups, and includes jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts, a skate park, picnic areas, an amphitheatre lawn and a dedicated food truck area. Altogether, these features are meant to make Central Park a lively outdoor destination that works for everyday use while also creating memorable moments for families.
The park has been developed using environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, reflecting Wasl’s wider approach to creating spaces that are both people-centric and environmentally conscious.
Central Park is now open to both residents and the wider public, supporting Wasl’s broader vision of delivering integrated developments that prioritise wellbeing, connection, and long-term quality of life.
