Dubai Police's mobile cannon (Al Rahal) will be stationed at Global Village on Saturday, 28 February and Sunday, 1 March, which is 11 and 12 Ramadan. This will offer visitors the chance to experience the spirit of the Holy Month in keeping with cherished traditions. Meanwhile, the cannon in Hatta will remain at Hatta Dam until 1 March, 12 Ramadan.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, the mobile cannon will continue to visit a host of locations, including Atlantis Hotel, Nad Al Sheba Majlis, Margham area, Burj Khalifa, Lehbab area, Al Khawaneej Majlis, Marsa Boulevard, Al Warqa area, Vida Creek Harbour, and finally Al Barsha Park.
Six permanent cannons are stationed throughout the month at key locations across the emirate: JBR, Burj Khalifa, Damac Hills, Expo City Dubai (Al Wasl Plaza), Dubai Festival City, and Vida Creek Harbour Hotel.
Dubai Police's Iftar cannon event witnessed a wide community turnout during the Holy Month of Ramadan. This reflects the depth of authentic Emirati customs and traditions during the blessed month.
