His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has launched a Ramadan campaign.
The 'Edge of Life' campaign aims to save 5 million children under the age of five from death due to malnutrition and hunger.
Last year, more than 118 million children worldwide suffered from malnutrition, of which an estimated 2.6 million children died due to hunger.
The campaign aims to raise at least Dhs 1 billion locally and internationally, by collaborating with several international organisations.
