Dubai Duty Free welcomed the 'Year of the Fire Horse' with a vibrant Chinese New Year celebration held at Concourse B of Dubai International Airport, bringing together distinguished guests, cultural traditions, and signature Dubai Duty Free promotions.
As part of the celebrations, Her Excellency Ou Boqian, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Dubai and Northern Emirates, and Dubai Duty Free's Managing Director, Ramesh Cidambi, conducted the renowned Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draws.
It was a big day of wins at the latest draw!
First up, Mr. Oliver, an Austrian based in Portugal, struck gold with a US$1 million win in Millennium Millionaire Series 534. Joining him in the millionaire club is Mr. Rajan Lall, an Indian national living in the UAE, who also won US$1 million in Series 535.
The excitement didn’t stop there. Three more lucky winners drove away with incredible prizes in the Finest Surprise draw.
Mr. Walid El-Murr, a Lebanese resident in the UAE, won a stunning Mercedes-Benz S500 after purchasing his ticket in Concourse D. In the motorbike category, Mr. David Duppa-Miller from the UK scored a powerful BMW F 900 GS with an online ticket purchase. Rounding off the wins, Mr. Rasheed Parambi Abdul Kader, a 51-year-old Indian based in Jebel Ali, celebrated his victory with an Aprilia Tuono V4 1100, also bought online.
