Dubai is getting a new community that will promote 'active living'. Aldar Properties (Aldar) has unveiled Athlon, an innovative 'active living' community in Dubai. Athlon will feature world-class amenities and a diverse range of activities exclusively curated by wellness professionals. This development revolutionises fitness-centred living, aiming to promote enduring wellness and foster a strong community spirit among residents.
Athlon, developed in collaboration with Dubai Holding, will sit in a prime spot near Global Village. This lush and deluxe project is known for its blend of active areas and green spaces, where sports facilities mix with scenic paths and lively parks. Additionally, it offers activities tailored for people of all ages and hobbies.
What Features Can You Expect At Athlon
Inspired by the Greek word for 'place of contest', Athlon boasts four other parks, adventure, play, wellness, and valley. It also has seven clubhouses weaving dedicated zones for fitness and socialising throughout the community. With over 10km of tracks and trails, including a cycling loop linked to Al Qudra's famous track, residents can enjoy jogging, cycling, roller-skating, and functional training right within the community.

Sales of units at the first phase of the development will launch on 7 May with prices starting from Dhs 2.8 million.
