His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has ordered the early issuance of April salaries for Dubai government employees, military personnel, military retirees, and recipients of government social benefits in the emirate on Tuesday, 23 April.

This move underscores His Highness Sheikh Hamdan's dedication to assisting employees and their families during the country's challenging weather conditions. The early salary distribution aims to aid employees in addressing their family requirements and safeguarding their welfare during this time.

Recently, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan sanctioned a range of measures to mitigate the effects of severe weather in Dubai. He instructed the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to cooperate with property developers to expedite the return to normalcy in all developer-managed communities. Residential management firms and real estate developers will provide the following services without extra fees:

  • Provision of alternative housing for affected residents
  • Distribution of food within impacted communities
  • Implementation of comprehensive pest control services
  • Enhancement of security measures to ensure resident safety
  • Assistance with returning to residential properties, including interior cleaning services
  • Monitoring and documenting damages incurred during the insurance coverage period
  • Assistance in assessing potential risks to properties

Stay tuned for further updates as the UAE works towards restoring normalcy.
