UAE Weather: Fog Formation Reported In Several Parts With Rain Alert In Some Areas

On Monday morning, 1 April, residents in some areas of Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi woke up to dense fog, while light to moderate rainfall occurred between 7am and 8am in the Al Dharfa, Abu Dhabi region. Authorities cautioned residents about reduced visibility and have urged motorists to exercise caution, especially on the roads. Abu Dhabi Police advised drivers to adhere to changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards to ensure safety during foggy conditions.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued a yellow alert for light to moderate rain in southern regions of the UAE. Today's weather forecast indicates partly cloudy conditions overall, with medium clouds persisting in some areas and a chance of light rainfall in southern regions. 

Temperatures are expected to rise, accompanied by light to moderate winds that may freshen periodically. 

Temperatures are forecasted to range from 11ºC in mountainous areas to a high of 35ºC in internal regions. On Tuesday, 2 April, residents can expect generally fair to partly cloudy weather conditions. Winds are expected to be light to moderate, blowing from the northwest to southwest direction.

Rains Expected On Wednesday, 3 April 

Wednesday, 3 April, is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions intermittently, with a possibility of light rainfall in isolated areas. Winds are forecasted to shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, ranging from light to moderate and occasionally freshening.
