Dubai does it again! The emirate is all set to break another record as hospitality brand Six Senses has announced a project for the world's tallest residential tower. Six Senses, in collaboration with Select Group, is set to unveil the world's tallest residential tower, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. This landmark project prioritises wellness and community, offering residents holistic amenities for a balanced lifestyle. With 122 floors, it will redefine luxury living by bringing health and vitality right to residents' doorsteps.
Scheduled for completion in July 2028, the tower will offer 251 residences ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms, including penthouses and sky mansions. It aims for LEED Silver certification, prioritising sustainability and wellness with Sleep With Six Senses amenities. Residents can customise their homes with wellness features and sensory art, creating a pleasant living space that promotes happiness and vitality.
Besides this, the residential project will feature amenities such as a large gym, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, a crystal sound healing room, and a spa with hydrotherapy facilities and a juice bar. There will also be a 25-metre lap pool on the Skydeck on the 109th floor, highlighting the innovative design.
To ensure community well-being and gatherings, Six Senses will have lounge areas, a games room, and a cinema promoting social connections.
