UAE Residents Are Planning Short Trips During Eid Al Fitr Break, Reveals Skyscanner

As the Holy Month of Ramadan approaches, residents across the UAE are eagerly anticipating its arrival and already planning their Eid Al Fitr holidays. According to Skyscanner, a global travel marketplace, the most popular departure date for travel from the UAE is 2 April, 2024, based on return flight searches conducted between 1 January and 19 February for departures between 1 to 15 April. Additionally, Skyscanner revealed that 51% of UAE residents are searching for trips lasting one week or less, while 43% are opting for longer holidays to take advantage of the extended break.

Skyscanner not only disclosed the most popular departure date but also revealed the top 10 trending destinations that UAE residents are currently considering. From mountainous Kazakhstan to sunny Greece, these destinations have seen the highest year-on-year increase in searches for April departures.
