Master developer Aldar, has launched a new residential space in Yas Island called Sama Yas. Sama Yas will be available for purchase to buyers from all nationalities from 2 February, 2024, and it comprises of 234 apartments, duplexes and penthouses. In terms of the construction and project development, the construction will begin in third quarter of 2024 and is set for completion by third quarter of 2027.
Sama Yas is being developed, conceptualised by architecture firm Woods Bagot and will boast amenities such as shops, a boutique spa and a 24/7 concierge and lounge. The residential space will also include community gardens, outdoor working pods, kids play area, co-working spaces, cycling and jogging tracks, theatre room, a gym, and a library.
Sama Yas will also include a community restaurant and deli, offering a fine dining menu curated by UAE-based Chef Izu for residents to enjoy both within the community and in the comfort of their homes.
Finally, the project aims to attain the Estidama 3 Pearl rating, a recognition granted to sustainable developments.
