Do you enjoy creating fun and musical content on TikTok? Do you discover music on TikTok and then look for it on another app? If yes, then dear TikTok user, we've got exciting news for you! Following a successful debut in the US and UK a month ago, the popular app TikTok has now introduced its music feature in 19 countries worldwide, including the UAE.

Known as 'Add to Music App', this feature allows users to save the songs they come across on TikTok directly to their preferred music streaming services, such as Spotify. 'Add to Music App' is now rolling out for users in 19 new markets, Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Sweden, Thailand, Malaysia, UAE, Argentina, Colombia, The Netherlands, Turkey, South Africa, Vietnam and the Philippines.

This feature has been developed to help music fans grab songs they love on TikTok and save it to their preferred music streaming service to enjoy whenever they like.

How To Use This Feature

- The feature appears as a button that says Add Song next to a track name at the bottom of a TikTok video in the for you feed, inviting users to save the song to the music streaming service of their choice.

- The first time a user presses the Add Song button, they can choose to save it to their preferred music streaming service.

- The song is stored in a default playlist on the chosen music streaming platform, but users also have the option to include the track in either a new playlist or one they've already created.

Following the initial use of the 'Add to Music App' feature, the chosen music app will be set as the default streaming service for coming song saves. Users can change the default music streaming service anytime through the settings.

Additionally, the 'Add to Music App' feature is accessible from an artist's sound detail page for user convenience.
