Dubai is gearing up for the much-anticipated Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), set to captivate residents and visitors alike with an array of exciting events, unbeatable promotions, and entertainment spanning 38 days, from 8 December 2023 to 14 January 2024.
The 29th edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival promises an unparalleled shopping experience, featuring a diverse range of offerings from both local and global brands. The festival is not just about shopping; it's a celebration of the city's vibrancy and culture, with a lineup that includes entertainment, pop-up markets, dining experiences, drone shows, art installations, and sporting events.
Drone Show And Lighting Returns
The Dubai Shopping Festival will kick off with a spectacular drone show, presented by Emarat Petroleum, illuminating Dubai's skyline with 800 drones every evening from 10 December to 14 January. Neon lighting on 40 abras will also be a sight to behold this DSF, transforming the creek into a mesmerising canvas of colours. The citywide light art installation, Dubai Lights, will also return, featuring five unique installations across Dubai, including the debut of the giant inflatable duo Anooki at Al Seef and d3.
Outdoor Markets And Tons Of Retail Experiences
Dubai Shopping Festival attendees can look forward to an array of outdoor markets and retail experiences, including The Bay by Social at Dubai Festival City Mall and the Dubai Shopping Festival Markets at iconic locations. The festival will also feature the 11th edition of the Etisalat MOTB, showcasing home grown F and B and retail vendors in Dubai Design District. Dubai Police Carnival
Scheduled from 4 to 8 January, the Dubai Police Carnival at City Walk promises a spectacular showcase of music spanning through the ages, accompanied by remarkable performances. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore an impressive lineup of vehicles during the event. Furthermore, automotive enthusiasts can indulge in the Emirates Classic Vehicles Festival, set to captivate spectators at City Walk from 15 to 24 December. This festival transforms the area into a platform for displaying timeless vehicles, tracing the evolution of automotive history across different eras.
