UAE Weather: UAE Residents Can Expect Rainfall Over The Weekend

Over the upcoming weekend, residents of the UAE can anticipate a shift in weather conditions, with rainfall and strong winds expected. Coastal areas and the Northern Emirates are particularly likely to experience showers on Saturday. The morning temperature on Saturday is forecasted to drop to approximately 21°C before the onset of wet weather.

Wind speeds could reach up to 45kph, creating rough sea conditions, and clouds are expected to form over the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea. In Dubai, rain is expected to move in early on Saturday, clearing by the afternoon according to the weather website Windy. Additionally, some wet weather is predicted in parts of Abu Dhabi in the morning, with a possibility of showers coinciding with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Along the east coast, rain is anticipated in the mid-afternoon before clearing. Overall, Saturday's temperatures are projected to reach a high of 29°C.

Overnight into Sunday, humidity is expected to lead to a misty start, with fog patches inland. However, Sunday promises to bring brighter conditions, with a daytime peak temperature of 30°C.

As of this morning, the lowest recorded temperature in the country is 11.3 °C in Jais Mountain (Ras Al Khaimah).
