Sudanese Refugees Receive More Aid

WAM

More food parcels have been donated to Sudanese refugees currently in Amdjarass, Chad. This follows the aid sent last week.

The donations are made by an Emirati humanitarian delegation, of the Emirates Red Crescent, the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, along with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

The distribution of food parcels aims to provide aid to many Sudanese people seeking refuge in Chad, following the conflict that began in Sudan on 15 April.

The team continues to assess the situation in Chad, and will coordinate with local relief agencies to deliver food parcels to Sudanese refugees.
