The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued warnings, as most of the Emirates in the UAE are seeing rain.
Yellow and orange warnings have been issued, with certain parts of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain witnessing light to moderate rain.
The rain is expected to continue until 2pm on Monday, 22 May.
Thunder and lightning is also expected to continue in parts of Abu Dhabi.
Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah have also seen light to moderate rains.
