The Pointe, the waterfront destination at Palm Jumeirah, is set to close.
The news comes after The Pointe Fountains, the Guinness World Record holder for the largest fountain show in the world, closed after shows on Sunday, 14 May, until further notice.
Restaurants and bars at the venue have been given a 12-month period to vacate and relocate.
Opened in 2018, The Pointe is home to over 100 stores to shop from, restaurants and cafes.
With a view of Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, The Pointe also has the dine-in concept at Reel Cinemas, and Cheeky Monkeys, where children can have a blast at the play area.
