Al Barsha’s Dubai Miracle Garden is home to Dubai Butterfly Garden, the world’s largest and the region’s first indoor sanctuary for over 15,000 butterflies from 26 species. Camel races
Check out one of Dubai’s quintessential sporting activities, an outing to the camel races, and watch as some of the emirate’s most prized camels take to the track. This is a great way to get a taste of Emirati heritage and tradition. Races take place twice daily every Friday and Saturday from December to February at Al Marmoum Camel Racetrack, with the next events running on Friday 3rd at 7am and Saturday 4th at 2pm. King of the crocs
The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is home to King Croc weighing in at a whopping 750 kilos and measuring over 5 metres in length. This massive wonder of the animal kingdom has to be seen to be believed. Visit www.thedubaiaquarium.com.
