On 6 February, Turkey and Syria were hit with two earthquakes in the morning and in the afternoon, measuring a 7.8 and 7.5 on the Richter scale.
The earthquakes left many displaced and without food and resources, with 11,000 reported dead in both countries and thousands injured.

The 'Bridges of Good' campaign will begin with packing of aid will begin on 11 February and will run till 25 February from 9am to 2pm at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai.
