The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has announced a change in the protocols for indoor and outdoor events.
The new change has already been put into effect and has been made in an effort to ensure the safety of all citizens and residents.
Social events including weddings, funerals and family gatherings can operate at 60% occupancy.
Indoor events should not exceed 50 people, with outdoor events limited to 150 people.
Events at home can only be held with 30 individuals.
To enter events, face masks are mandatory, physical distancing should be followed, a green pass on the Al Hosn App as well as a negative PCR test, taken within 48 hours is required.
All individuals are required to also take their booster vaccine when due in order to maintain their green pass.
