Taking place in Sharjah, the Xposure International Photography Festival is kicking off today, 28 February, and will run until 5 March at Expo Centre Sharjah. This event brings together more than 400 photographers from over 50 countries. Now in its eighth edition, the festival offers a fascinating exploration through a handpicked selection of 2,500 photographs, providing visitors with an immersive experience.
At the Xposure Festival, you'll find different types of photo exhibits. They're grouped into categories like documentary, nature, travel, urban life, fine art, portraits, sports, and experimental photography. There's a new category called See Sharjah, focusing on the local culture and daily life. The venue is huge, covering 32,000 square metres with three stages where people talk and present their work. Inside, there are 93 galleries filled with 2,500 framed photos.
In addition to the amazing photographs, the festival has a lot of other things to offer. For visitors, the event is hosting over 200 workshops, talks, movies, and contests. The festival also features a trade exhibition showcasing products from over 18 leading brands worldwide.

Events And Workshops
At the Xposure festival, experienced photographers and beginners have plenty of chances to learn and grow. There are over 66 workshops and programs led by 27 experts from around the world. Adobe is also hosting 10 masterclasses to help you improve your skills. You can also attend 34 talks, join 45 group discussions, and get feedback on your portfolio in 50 review sessions. Film Festival

Timings, Tickets And More
Xposure will run until 5 March, open daily from 10am to 10pm, except on Fridays when it opens from 2pm to 10pm. Admission to the event is free, but visitors need to register on Xposure's website before visiting.
