Nakheel is set to add a new 71 storey skyscraper, Como Residences, to Palm Jumeirah.
Currently under construction, the residential tower located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, will offer stunning views of the Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah and Ain Dubai.
The tower is shaped to mimic an ocean wave and will include apartments from two to six bedrooms, as well as five bedroom penthouses and duplex apartments with seven bedrooms.
Additionally, the tower will also feature amazing amenities, including a playground for children, a rooftop pool on level 71, a private beach pool and more.
The tower is expected to open by the third quarter of 2027, with prices for two-bedroom apartments starting at Dhs 21 million.
