DEKA, the fitness endurance test, is back and is set to host the DEKA Fit and DEKA Trifecta this year.
The DEKA Fit will be held on 22 January with the DEKA Trifecta, the grand finale held on 5 March.
Held at Dubai Design District, the DEKA Fit event will have participants compete in a 500-metre run and then move onto ten fitness zones including deadball wall overs, box jump overs, reverse alternating lunge and more.
The DEKA Trifecta will also be held and is available for participants that have been a part of the previous DEKA events.
The final, all-around test will have challenges like carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, jumping, stepping or climbing and getting up and down from the ground.
