UAE Experiences Rainfall, Weather Conditions To Remain Cloudy

Residents in various UAE emirates enjoyed a rainy morning, with reports of rain in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Umm Al Quwain, on Thursday. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued yellow and red alerts nationwide in response to the cloudy conditions.

According to the NCM, rain is anticipated on Friday, and the unstable weather is likely to persist. The skies are forecasted to be occasionally cloudy with varying levels of rainfall and thunder in scattered areas.  

Ras Al Khaimah experienced heavy rain accompanied by hail. As for temperatures, they are set to drop. On average, you can expect low 30s°C, with maximum temperatures reaching 39°C, and minimum temperatures possibly falling to 19°C. In Dubai, the current temperature is 29°C under cloudy skies.

According to TimeandDate, the upcoming weekend in Dubai will bring sunny weather on Saturday, 28 October, with temperatures ranging from a high of 33s°C to a low of 28s°C. On Sunday, 29 October, expect afternoon clouds, with temperatures reaching a high of 33s°C and a low of 27s°C.

Residents are strongly recommended to refrain from unnecessary driving, exercise caution on the road, and use low-beam headlights when visibility is reduced. Strong winds are expected to repeatedly blow at a speed of 45 km/h over scattered areas, reaching up to 60 km/h at times.
