10th Constance Culinary Festival

Constance Belle Mare Plage, Mauritius is celebrating 10 years of passion for gastronomy in the week long Culinary Festival Bernard Loiseau. An exceptional week that will once again draw together six Michelin Star Chefs, as well as high profile members of the jury and connoisseurs to create a food-and-grape pairing experience par excellence. 
 
Since 2006, Constance Hotels and Resorts has orchestrated a one-week Culinary Festival with the Relais Bernard Loiseau and its enigmatic Chef Patrick Bertron. The Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau is a prestigious cooking competition and a convivial feast enabling professionals and guests who are all driven by the same passion to share exceptional moments, dedicated to the love and respect for gastronomy.

The six Michelin Star chefs partner with six ‘island chefs’ from the Constance Hotels and Resorts properties in Maldives, Mauritius and Seychelles to compete in creating the winning dish together. Sharing individual skills and learning from each other’s knowledge the chefs go head to head in order to impress the festival judges and guests. Throughout the duration of the festival the world renowned chefs and judges will be offering special menus and cooking demonstrations to guests of Constance Belle Mare Plage.
