Ramadan Arcade To Make A Come Back On 21 March At Manarat Al Saadiyat

Attention Abu Dhabi residents! The Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has announced the return of the Ramadan Arcade community event. The event will occur from 21 to 31 March at Manarat Al Saadiyat on Al Saadiyat Island. In its sixth edition, the event will run from 9pm to 2am. 

Ramadan Arcade is a popular event among the youth and residents of Abu Dhabi. The event promotes the spirit of community and togetherness during the Holy Month. It hosts a range of cultural, artistic, and entertainment activities that offer an enriching and unforgettable experience. In 2024, for the first time, the event will also feature a ladies-only experience hosted by 'The Pink Majlis Community'. This experience will include a variety of workshops and gaming tournaments.

What Else Can You Expect At Ramadan Arcade 

The Ramadan Arcade event will host a variety of musical performances, featuring daily sessions and a special concert by Bait Al Oud for the occasion of Ramadan. The Fridge Entertainment will also present a series of instrumental showcases, in addition to a traditional Malid performance. 'Majeediyat', a captivating performance directed by Rowdha Al Sayegh, will feature instrumental reinterpretations of Abdul Majeed Abdallah's popular songs, performed by musician and Qanun player Odai Al-Suliman. Finally, you can enjoy a night of comedy hosted by 808 Entertainment, featuring popular Arab comedians such as Mina Liccione, Ali Al Sayed, Abz Ali, and Abdullah Al Qassab.

Experience For Gamers 

Abu Dhabi Gaming will introduce a range of board games made by Emirati creators exclusively for visitors of Ramadan Arcade. Pixoul Gaming will be setting up VR stations at the event as well. The Arcade will offer visitors a variety of classic board games, arcades, and FIFA and Carom tournaments. 

Also, Studio Untitled, a collective of emerging local artists, will host workshops and showcase their upcoming projects at the event. This will give visitors a glimpse into the creative community in Abu Dhabi. Lastly, five local artists, Adham Al Saiari, Shama Al Hamed, Wadeema Al Hamadi, Maryam Al Zaabi and Safeya Alblooshi will be exhibiting interactive art installations across the Arcade. These installations will celebrate the themes of community, traditions and culture through each artist's unique perspective.
