Abu Dhabi To Host Region’s First Ever MICHELIN Food Festival In December

Abu Dhabi will host the region's inaugural MICHELIN Food Festival from 8 to 10 December at the Louvre Abu Dhabi Park. In collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), this event, part of Abu Dhabi Culinary Season, marks the first MICHELIN Guide Food Festival in the region. It will bring together chefs from the world's 16 MICHELIN Guide-recognised restaurants under the theme 'Discover the Art of Flavour'. 

The 16 selected restaurants will present a delightful array of flavours, offering a unique gastronomic journey that celebrates high-quality cuisine and culinary artistry. Guests will have the opportunity to explore diverse and exclusive flavours, taking them on a global culinary adventure right in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Each chef's specially crafted menu will showcase their regional cuisine, delivering a one-of-a-kind dining experience for food enthusiasts.

  • Pierre Chirac from La Scène with Two MICHELIN Stars from Paris
  •  Supaksorn 'Ice' Jongsiri from Sorn with Two MICHELIN Stars from Bangkok

As you savour delectable dishes, you can also participate in six exclusive masterclasses, each centred on a distinct flavour profile, including sweet, savoury, bitter, sour, umami, and spicy. Besides, guests can partake in a special Chef's Table experience featuring a collaborative effort between local and international chefs. The festival will also feature customised bar and pastry offerings, along with a high-end hospitality lounge, all situated within Louvre Abu Dhabi Park.
