UB40 To Headline World Tennis League At Etihad Arena

After a successful inaugural event in 2022, the World Tennis League will make a comeback for its second edition from 21 to 24 December. The event, combining top international professional tennis players and concerts from global music stars, will take place at Yas Island's Etihad Arena. And in the second edition, English iconic band UB40 featuring Ali Campbell, The Original Wailers featuring Al Anderson, and Trojan Sound System will perform in a special ‘Reggae Night’ concert on Saturday, 23 December. 

London-based Trojan Sound System, led by Daddy Ad, will open the show with their classic chart-toppers from over 40 years, followed by The Original Wailers featuring Al Anderson, who rose to fame thanks to his stunning lead work on classics such as 'No Woman, No Cry,' and 'Three O’Clock Road Block'. Iconic British band UB40, selling over 70 million records worldwide, featuring lead singer and founder Ali Campbell, will close the evening in style at Etihad Arena with some of the band’s smash-hit singles including, 'Kingston Town' and 'Falling in Love with You.'

The unique sports and entertainment spectacle will see some of the world’s finest tennis players in action across the four-day event from Thursday, 21 December, till Sunday, 24 December, in Abu Dhabi.

This unique blend of world class international acts will feature as part of our Reggae night, bringing their iconic hits to light up Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena. Tickets for the same are now available via the Etihad Arena website with prices starting from Dhs 225.
