The school fees in Sharjah are expected to increase up to 5% for the 2023 to 2024 academic year.
The announcement was made by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).
Due to the inflation rate in the UAE, the decision to increase the annual fees for private schools has been made.
However, schools that have a rating below 'Accepted', will not be eligible for the fee hike.
Private schools in Dubai will also be eligible for a fee increase of 3% during the next academic year.
