Dr Abdulla Al Karam Inaugurates Two New Nurseries

Two new Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS) have been inaugurated by His Excellency Dr Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of Knowledge, and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Shakuntala Mankani, Founder of Fortes Education.

Located in JBR and Palm Jumeirah, the new nurseries offers parents a new concept to keep their child in a nursery till the age of 6 years old.

Both centres have the EYFS Curriculum framework, catering to children up to the ages of 5 years old, and the International Preschool Curriculum, for children that are 5 and 6 years old.

The teachers at the nurseries will provide school-level education to the students in FS2 and Year 1, without them having to leave the nursery.

His Excellency Dr Abdulla Al Karam, Director General of Knowledge, and Human Development Authority (KHDA) said, "Congratulations to the team at JINS on the opening of the two new centres that will serve families in JBR and Palm Jumeirah. We appreciate the hard work that has gone into creating an innovative and supportive ECC environment that will cater to a larger year group for the first time in Dubai. We welcome the new nurseries to the early childhood community in Dubai."

JINS, is a part of the education group, Fortes Education, which also manages Regent International School and Sunmarke School in Dubai.

With the two new additions, JINS currently has nine nurseries around Dubai, catering to children aged from 45 days to 6 years old.

Enquiries for admissions to the nurseries are currently open via the Jumeirah International Nurseries website or call 04-5640087 for JBR and 04-5294760 for Palm Jumeirah.
