Emirates, the Premier Partner and Official Airline of Expo 2020, have launched new livery for their flagship A380 aircraft.
The aircraft's bright blue livery features the Expo 2020 Dubai logo as well as a special ‘Dubai Expo’ and ‘Be Part of the Magic’ message running across both sides.
The engine features the dates and messages of the event.
Known for the viral Emirates advertisement, the Burj Khalifa stuntwoman is also seen holding a board with the messages, ‘See You There’ and ‘Dubai Expo Oct 2021 - Mar 2022’.
The new A380 livery was designed, painted, produced and installed in-house by the teams at Emirates and took 16 days and 4,379 man-hours to complete.
The livery on the body of the aircraft is done with paint and not a decal placed on the aircraft.
Three of the Emirates A380 aircrafts will bear the new Expo 2020 livery.
