The Dubai Hea;th Authority (DHA) has announced that it is rescheduling the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The rescheduling is due to the manufacturer announcing the expansion of the vaccine production capacity, which has affected the supply in several countries internationally.
New appointments will be communicated by the DHA through SMS.
The rescheduling does not affect appointments made for the second dose, and those are continuing as per the schedule for those that have already received the first dose.
