The popular annual food festival, Taste of Dubai, returns for its 13th edition next month. The festival will take place at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre from Thursday, 12 March until Saturday, 14 March.
What's new this year?
Taste of Dubai is hosting the UAE's largest outdoor ladies night. All ladies will get free entry and two complimentary drinks on Thursday night.
Coming to the meaty side of the festival, visitors will get to sample dishes from more than 20 restaurants, including A Cappella, La Tablita, Sukhothai, Rhodes W1, Indego by Vineet, Geales, Prime, Shiba, Al Hadheerah and ubk.
The 2020 lineup of celebrity chefs include internationally renowned Michelin star chef, Vineet Bhatia, Dubai’s much-loved culinary duo Nick Alvis and Scott Price, meat and grilling expert Tarek Ibrahim, Arabic and Aleppian cuisine expert Mohammad Orfali, Taste of Dubai favourite the Giggling Gourmet Chef Jenny Morris, flamboyant TV chef Reza Mahammad and Ayesha Al Obeidli the youngest Emirati chef.
Visitors can also hop on hop off to various other sections and try several foodie things including attending live cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs, participating in live barbecuing competition or attending a cooking class.
There will also be a ton of entertainment options for adults and kids alike including live music, face painting and cupcake decoration workshops for the little foodies.
Tickets are now on sale at www.tasteofdubai.com. Prices start at Dhs 55 for standard entry and at Dhs 120 for VIP entry which includes three food vouchers and two drinks vouchers and access to the VIP lounge. Children under 12 enter for free.
