The summer months in Dubai are looking at being the busiest yet with so much more going on for residents and visitors to do. Some of this increase is down to the recently opened indoor entertainment venue in City Walk, the Coca-Cola Arena, which has announced yet another event at the 17,000 capacity purpose built arena.
British pop rock band The 1975 will be bringing their hugely popular live show to Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on 14 August. The 1975 are set to entertain fans in the UAE with their high-energy and innovative live show that they have become famous for the world over, including headline performances at Coachella and Lollapalooza. The Dubai performance is ahead of more headline performances at Reading and Leeds Festivals and part of their world tour, which has seen them play to sold out arenas across Europe, America, Australasia and Asia.
The 1975 recently won two Brit Awards, for Best British Group and Best British Album of the Year for their album ‘A Brief History into Online Relationships’. The four-piece band from Manchester, UK have been playing together since 2002 and have been touring and releasing music as The 1975 since 2012. Billed as one of the most exciting live bands in the world right now, gig-goers are in for a treat with a show that is getting great reviews wherever it performs.
